The M.P.'s letter says they've stopped work, It's debatable that the Earls have the resources to bring court proceedings - WRONG - BIG TIME - The Earls were offered CFA (more money to the lawyers - not them). This looks remarkably like gambling with large amounts of public money.
"There is enough water to operate two schemes at avoncliff" erm ... no your own "experts" don't seem to agree....
